Account Renewal Discounts
You may have the option to renew with a discount. The Sponsored Groups program offers an annual renewal discount to active members of the groups who have registered on the Community page as a Sponsored Group. This discount entitles qualified participants of the group with a $45 USD/yr. discount when they renew.
Subscription to Continue an Active Account
Whether your account is based upon owning a Technician Kit or a Subscription, you may continue using your account quite easily if you establish a subscription. The pricing and features will be the same in either case.
The renewal cost as well as any discount options are also the same in either case.
If you are moving from a Technician Kit to a Subscription mode, you will obtain the use of all scenario references in addition to the opportunity to use or purchase additional resources at a discount offered only to subscribers.
If you are renewing an existing Subscription, you will contiue to have available any other resources that are not expiring at that time, and you have the opportunity to renew other resources that qualify for a renewal. (Not all resources can be renewed year after year.)
Prior Notification of Account Expiration
When your account is approaching the renewal or expiration date, you will be notified in several ways.

Your logon at the website will notify you in the last weeks of your account being active but prior to expiration.

30 Day Grace Period Status
As a courtesy, SBSmigration.com provides a Grace Period of 30 days following the expiration date for an account. While your account is effectively expired, the Grace Period allows you 30 days time to address renewing your account without losing your previous status or resources that might have been still availble to you and have not expired separately. During the Grace Period, you no longer have access to the technical resources or to updates, but your account management will allow you to renew at the same price as an active account including whatever discount options you might have available.
Expired Account Status
When a subscription or Technician Kit based account moves into an expired condition, this doesn't affect the licensed use of the materials. It will however end your access to obtain additional updates to the materials, and may affect your option for upgrades, discounts and contiuing use of resources at the website which were pending use but not claimed prior to the account expiring. For instance, if your account expires while you have discount credits for an upgrade or coupon credits to obtain services, those credits and options may be fofeited when the account expires. This will not affect your right to use the materials you already have obtained, only to end your option to claim additional resources you may not have consumed prior to the expiration. Keep in mind that replacing resources after your account expired is not part of our service commitment.
