Product Delivery is by Immediate Download
You may order online for immediate payment, registration and download. You account is configured and enabled at the completion of the order. No products are shipped, all fulfillment is by online access from the My Account features after your order is complete.
Payment Options Available
You may order online for immediate payment, registration and download using a Visa, MasterCard or American Express card as you payment method. Other options for payment can be arranged but these typically can lead to a 1 week delivery delay in completing the order. You may contact us for arrangements to pay by bank wire transfers or, for US customers only, payment by check may also be arranged in most cases. All product orders from SBSmigration.com require payment before fulfillment is enabled.
Discounts Available
We offer two types of product discounts.
VIP Discount – This provides a $25/unit discount for our returning customers using their courtesy discount to reactivate their account. This same discount is available on a first purchase for a qualified member of a sponsored group using that group’s discount code.
Group Discount – A sponsored group discount code also provides a $25/unit discount on annual renewals and upgrades to subscriptions. Note that the discounts for VIP and Group cannot be used in combination on a single purchase.
Registration, Owner or Email Changes
License Owner – This option is provided during the checkout sequence if you need to correct the registration from a past purchase. You may change the contact email address or name, however revising the contact email address requires that you either have access to the old email address, or you must request assistance from Customer Service via our contact options.
Technician Registration – A common request is to revised the Technician assignment prior to the purchase, or wait to perform that registration after purchase. Both options are available when making the purchase from a logon as the License Owner.
Billing Contact – You may specify a Billing Contact reference separate from the contact details for the License owner or Technician registration. This allows billing with a credit card that uses a different payment address, or a different individual who is involved just for the billing.
