We provide the alternative contact methods as a courtesy, and in case email is not working for some reason. We will use voice calls whenever it's the best way to solve a problem, or pursue a great idea, and to be a trusted partner in communicating with you.

Our primary method to communicate concerning Swing It!! Kits and related support is via email. If we arrange a consulting project, we will establish how that will be handled, including voice support, remote support (interactive logon to your site) if you arrange for it, or even on-site support if it's that kind of project we agree to do.
