This is somewhat of a product renewal question but with support implications. Not everyone plans their next project on a schedule that makes sense to them for a subscription. That’s not a problem. You have options. We have many customers who may do migration project infrequently or work on a many project before they run into a problem they need help with.

You can obtain support by reactivating your account with the purchase of a new Technician Kit or a Duet TechPro Subscription Bundle. Both include 90 days of unlimited support for 1 project, plus you will get all the updated information and the opportunity to continue your account with a subscription once it's reactivated. 

Support for Returning Customers

We offer several options on how our past customers can gain support even if they no longer have an active account. As is always the case, the most cost effective support we provide is delivered as part of a current account option, so your best choice may well be to determine which product would best suit your needs.

• Technician Kits – ($200 USD less discount) The simplest answer is that if you do only one or less projects a year, you might be happy to buy a Technician Kit only when you need it. That gives you current resources and a 1:1 Expert Project Support.

• Duet TechPro Subscription Bundle  – ($345 USD less discount) Our Duet Bundle Subscription option is intended to bring a first time customer onto a subscription while also making available one project covered with 1:1 Expert Project Support. This option is only slightly more expensive than the previous item involving the Late Renewal Fee.

• Premium Voice/Remote Support  – (Hourly Rate) Our Premium Support would make the most sense if you are needing support with a truly critical situation because you don't actually reactivate your account or obtain new resources this way. However it has the advantage of live support.
