For any discussion you want even more permanent tracking, you can add your own personal Notes attached to that Bookmark without making those comments public in the Forum view by others.

When you open a Support Case with SBSmigration.com we allow you to track the entire discussion and reference history from your own private profile. This creates a project history you can preserve as a reference the next time you do a project.

My Support Cases provides extension of the resource management of your account as well as the discussion management features of our forums. This provides a private case management process that flows like a forum discussion, but allows you to update logging details, screenshots or whatever else is helpful in your support case management. The support history remains available for you to check back on while the case is open, or after it closes if you want to refer to it as notes on a future project.

We provide you the ability to track the progress of your discussion, our responses and it becomes your reference as a project to project history you can treat as your reference library. You can even combine these support case histories with additional notes and tagging to help you manage future work.
