Your license provides you the "forever use" of all the materials you receive. For an IT Pro consultant, you can work as many projects, servers, domains or customers as you wish.
Add a Kit Scenario on Demand Subscribers can add more individual scenarios to their library at anytime, again as an unbundled option. A new option introduced for 2008 is that your subscription bundles and resource kit orders are flexible, you receive a library credit you can redeem later. This means you can use your library credits for future product.
Unlmited Email Support for 90 days 1:1 Expert Project Support provides you with 90 days of unlimited support by email to help you successfully complete your project. We can clarify the documentation, advise you on the best approach to your project, or assist you in troubleshooting any issues in the strategic project path outlined for you. If your project begins as a diaster recovery situation, we will help you resolve that as well!
Add a Scenario + Expert Project Support If you really like the Technician Kit, this is a specially priced bundle that provides both a new scenario together with an additional 1:1 Expert Project Support case (1each of the two items just above). This way you can continue to add to your library and your support credits at the best possible price.
License to Use Forever The Staff License provides a Company with the opportunity to have more than one technical person on your staff using the License Owner resources. Each Staff License is just $120/yr. These Staff Licenses share the same resources for only the annual Staff License renewal. You can reassign Staff Licenses if you need to hire a different person or change a job assignment in your business.
