He lives in New Orleans, La. (USA) where he founded a small-scale, local IT customer VAR firm in 1990. Jeff has worked as a business/ technology consultant, reseller, system/network integrator continuously for 20 yrs.

For this reason alone, in a support delivery situation, we may attempt to identify the source of a system purchase, and to identify if a reseller or consultant is already involved. Support Provided Working at Your Own Pace - The Swing Migration methodology we describe and support eliminates much of the risk or need for a critical timeline or critical situation support.
